Our Practice
The B.C. Dental Association General Dentistry fee guide is used. Because dental plans vary greatly and privacy legislation prevents insurance companies from discussing plan details with us, patients are advised to be familiar with their dental plans. We are a non-assignment office and insurance claims and preauthorizations will be sent on patients’ behalf.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, e-Transfer, cheques, and cash.
Appointments are available between 8 am and 5 pm most days, with some 7:30 am appointments available. We will call, text, or email in advance with a reminder for all appointments. We require at least one business day’s notice for appointment changes so that the time can be of use to someone else. A fee may be charged for short notice cancellations or missed appointments.
